Edgemoor Group Team church Service 1st Advent - Sunday 30th November 10am followed by a bring and share lunch in the village hall

The Edgemoor Group is having their Team Church Service here at Rose Ash on Sunday 30th November 2025 at 10am.
The first candle of the Advent wreath is lit on this day, symbolising hope. Other parishes are welcome to bring their wreaths as well.
Advent is a religious season of waiting and preparation for Christians, marking the four-week period before Christmas. The word "advent" means "coming" or "arrival" in Latin, and the season celebrates both the first coming of Jesus Christ at his birth and anticipates his second coming. It is a time for reflection, prayer, and spiritual growth as Christians prepare their hearts and minds for the coming of the Savior.
The service is followed by a bring and share lunch at the village hall.
