After a gruelling application process the village hall committee now has a permanent drinks licence. So we'll be serving drinks not only at the pub nights but also film nights, nt live performances, music nights, quiz nights etc (alas not coffee mornings). This saves us from having to apply for a limited number of special licenses and hopefully will make our events more financially sustainable.

So even if you cant make it for a film or play, why not pop in afterwards for a drink and a chat!
