Macmillan Coffee morning a great success!

Thank you to all who donated their time, cakes and biscuits, and raffle-prizes for our coffeee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support on Monday. And thanks to all who came to the village hall to make it such a buzzy time !

Special thanks to Tracey Wilson who worked so hard to get the support for the raffle - and also to the business and individuals who so generously gave prizes for the raffle. We are very grateful to you all.

Well done the kitchen-team for all your hard work in getting things ready and for clearing up afterwards.

And now to the important bit as far as Macmillans are concerned. We made a whopping £509.50, which will help their nurses care for cancer patients and their familes. What a terriffic show of support for this incredible charity. So well done everyone who bought cakes and coffee etc.: your contributions made this possible!
