James Rowe is still awaiting feedback from Slee Blackwell, he again spoke to Geoff before Christmas break.  Nigel from Cross Wyatt is trying to get hold of SB to chase the matter up.  James will continue to chase. James did suggest getting someone impartial  like Michael to speak to Geoff and ask him directly!

Still unfortunately not progressing.

James was thanked for his work.

Following the meeting it was discovered that application 79710 demolition of rural buildings which have consent for four dwellings 78445 and 78446 and to replace them with three dwellings.

This was immediately texted and emailed out.  Due to closeness of response needed it was discussed with the chair and a proposal of no objection as a comment only. This was texted out and the following councillors agreed.
