Join us for the 2024 Rose Ash Revel - we'll be walking round our beautiful parish, showing our best four legged friends and enjoying an evening of local revelry!

Saturday 13th July from 12 noon till late

The Rose Ash Revel this year kicks off with a Cider & Pasty Walk - starting from the Village Hall between 12 noon and 1pm.

Then continuing at the Hall with a Dog Show from 3pm, and Bar, BBQ and Music into the evening!

Proceeds to Rose Ash Village Hall & Church of St Peter, Rose Ash.

Cider & Pasty Walk
Set off between 12 noon and 1pm from the Village Hall (EX36 4RB)
Approx 4 miles circular route on footpaths and farmland around the parish, returning to the Village Hall. Simple map & directions provided.

£5 per adult - includes pasty stop & 3 cider/juice stops on the route.
£3 per child (under 18) includes pasty/sausage roll stop & squash.

Families & dogs are welcome - please see extra info below.

Extra Info
Veggie pasty option is available (subject to availability on the day).
Apple juice is available as an alternative to cider.
Parking – please park thoughtfully at village hall/in village.  
Dogs with responsible owners are very welcome! Dogs must be on leads on private land & around any livestock. All waste to be picked up.
Children are welcome - they must be accompanied & supervised at all times.
The walk is unfortunately not suitable for pushchairs. 
The ground is uneven and could be muddy - sturdy footwear is advised.

The route includes walking on public footpaths, short distances on local public lanes, and through local farmland (thanks to private owners permission).
Walkers participate at their own risk, and are responsible for their own safety at all times, as well as for any children or dogs in their charge. No liability is accepted by any party.
